A few things we work hard to be great at…

We want you to know what we are about so you can decide if the ABA services we offer are what you are looking for.
These are the things we value as a company and strive for every day.

BEHAVIOR IS BEHAVIOR

REGARDLESS OF AGE, RACE, GENDER, DISABILITY, ETC., ALL OF OUR LEARNERS ARE CAPABLE OF LEARNING NEW BEHAVIOR AND PROGRESSING TOWARD ACHIEVING GOALS THAT THEY WANT TO MEET & exceed.

We strive to create an environment where constant progress can be made. No learner will ever “plateau” in our eyes; there is always something that we can change about the environment or how we as technicians present challenges to our learners.

INDIVIDUALIZED TREATMENT IS ESSENTIAL

ALL TREATMENT PLANS, BEHAVIOR PLANS, GOALS, TRAININGS, ETC. WILL BE DEVELOPED BASED ON INDIVIDUAL STRENGTHS, NEEDS, AND FAMILY GOALS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE THE MOST BENEFICIAL SERVICES POSSIBLE.

When you are dedicated to providing a high level of service to your child, we owe it to them to provide services that truly focus on them; we take time to complete assessments and observations of quality that will actually benefit learners directly, as opposed to simply checking a box and placing your learner into a category.

FEEDBACK IS ESSENTIAL

WE STRIVE TO CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE EVERYONE CAN IMPROVE. THAT INCLUDES PROFESSIONALS PROVIDING FEEDBACK TO LEARNERS AND THEIR FAMILIES BUT JUST AS IMPORTANT: WE SEEK OUT FEEDBACK FROM LEARNERS AND FAMILIES ON HOW WE ARE PERFORMING AND WHAT WE CAN DO DIFFERENTLY TO PROVIDE THE MOST BENEFICIAL SERVICES POSSIBLE.

We value the ideas and input of our learners, families, and team members. We are in a constant state of learning, growing, and assessing our own skills for the benefit of our learners and their goals for themselves.

TREAT PEOPLE WITH DIGNITY & RESPECT

Cooperation is important, however we believe that in order to thrive all people must be allowed to feel, express, and act on emotions. Individuals are allowed to be angry, sad, frustrated, etc. We strive to realize the full potential of all of our learners by acknowledging and empathizing emotion while working together to encourage healthy and appropriate ways to experience these emotions.

We focus on balancing what is most beneficial to our learners’ safety and ability to function in everyday life while remaining within the boundaries of what our learners and families are agreeable to and want to work on. Culture and choice are important factors that we always take into consideration; this is a constant ongoing discussion.

Why this is important!

Our Values dictate our own behavior as professionals. Here’s one example:

We value individualized treatment, so we take the time to complete an intake process and assessment that is most beneficial to the learner. That means that it takes time to plan, adjust, review information for full consent, train staff, etc. before we can check all the boxes and begin formal treatment.

The alternative would be a “cookie-cutter” approach to services and that is something that we are actively avoiding.

You/your learner is an individual human being with unique wants, needs, preferences, comfort levels, interests, goals, etc. The only way we see fit to provide services will involve time and effort for all parties involved to make sure we are individualizing all services.
